Bowling Party
As you may be aware, last month Michelle Merrick coordinated the first of what we hope will be an annual a bowling party for the sub-division. From all reports, it was a great success and enjoyed by all. Photos of the event have been posted on the Community Info link, then click Our Gallery, and go to the Social Event tab.

Pond
Last year, there were numerous instances of local children in and outside of our sub-division that were swimming in the pond, and during the winter, some of them were using it as an ice skating rink.

Due to Board concern about safety issues, we purchased and posted a large sign indicating that recreational activities in and on the pond is prohibited. Once the weather warms up and the pump is re-installed, we plan to add some blue coloring to improve the appearance as we did last year.

Well
Last fall, Mark Diaz & Bob LeClercq coordinated an extensive search to locate a vendor to install an irrigation well that will provide water for about 70% of the common area, and substantially reduce our utility expenses. The project was completed prior to winter, and over the next 4-5 weeks, we hope to have it connected and up and running.
Please join us in thanking them for their time and effort

Committees.

Advertising
We recently added a new page to the website that allows residents to post ads to request or offer services as well as buy and sell items. This section is still largely unknown, and plenty of space is still available. Please fell free to use it. Ads should be sent to:

It appears winter is finally gone and everyone is out enjoying the nice weather. This is a great time to get out and meet some of our new neighbors
